• No Account Required: We do not require account registration, name, or email to use the app.
• Device Identifiers: We may collect non-personal device identifiers (such as IDFA) for advertising and analytics purposes.
• Usage & Diagnostics: We collect anonymous data regarding app crashes and performance to ensure technical stability.

2. Third-Party Services

We partner with the following services to provide a better user experience. These third parties may collect anonymous data according to their own policies:

• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements. AdMob uses device advertising identifiers to serve relevant ads and measure performance.
• Google Analytics: Used to analyze general app usage trends and improve features.
• OpenAI API: Powers the AI-driven search features. Your search queries are processed by OpenAI but are not linked to your personal identity.

3. Data Security and Storage

Most app data, including search history and favorites, is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain a centralized server that links your specific search history to your personal identity.

4. In-App Purchases

Pocket OSHA offers in-app purchases (e.g., premium feature unlocks). All transactions are processed securely through the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your credit card or financial billing information.
