Our applications are professional reference tools designed to provide safety regulation search functionality without collecting personal data. We do not collect, store, or share any personal identification information.

• Search Queries: Your search terms are processed locally on your device to provide results. We do not store your search history on our servers.
• Bookmarks & Settings: Any sections you bookmark or custom app settings are stored locally on your device.
• No Account Required: We do not require account registration, names, emails, or phone numbers to use the search functionality.

2. Data Storage and Security

All user-generated data (such as bookmarks) and app settings are stored locally on your device. This information never leaves your device and is not accessible by Trucking Lab, LLC.

3. Advertisements and In-App Purchases

To support the maintenance of this tool, we use third-party services:

• Advertisements: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. These providers may use device identifiers to serve ads. You can remove ads by upgrading to the PRO version.
• In-App Purchases: Payments for the PRO version are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your financial information.

4. Children's Privacy

This app is intended for professional audiences in the construction and safety industries. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
