Scope and Acceptance

Trucking Lab, LLC (“Trucking Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the My Rig Parking mobile application, Trucking Lab websites, and related services that link to these Terms of Use. Together, these are referred to as the “Services.”

By accessing, downloading, or using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

You should read these Terms carefully before using the Services.

Use of the Services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not misuse the Services, interfere with their normal operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems, or use the Services in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

You are responsible for information you submit through the Services and for your use of information made available through the Services.

Intellectual Property

The Services and their content, software, databases, designs, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Trucking Lab, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, reproduce, or create derivative versions of the Services or any part of the Services except as expressly permitted by us or by law.

You may not attempt to extract source code, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the My Rig Parking app, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other brand materials without our prior written permission.

Changes to the Services and Fees

We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features or portions of the Services at any time.

Some Services may currently be provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce fees or change pricing for certain Services in the future.

If a Service requires payment, applicable charges will be communicated before you are charged.

Device Security

When using the My Rig Parking app, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and controlling access to the app.

We advise against jailbreaking, rooting, or otherwise removing security restrictions imposed by your device’s operating system. Doing so may expose your device to malware, viruses, malicious software, or other security risks and may cause the app to function incorrectly or stop functioning.

Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on or interact with services provided by third parties. Those third-party services may be governed by their own terms, conditions, and policies.

Third-party services used by the My Rig Parking app include:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase

We are not responsible for the availability, content, practices, or operation of third-party services that we do not control.

Internet and Mobile Charges

Some features of the Services require an active internet connection. The connection may be provided through Wi-Fi, a mobile network, or another internet service.

We are not responsible if a Service cannot function fully because you do not have internet access, have insufficient network coverage, or have exhausted your data allowance.

If you use the Services through a mobile network, your mobile provider’s terms and charges apply. You are responsible for any data charges, roaming charges, or other fees imposed by your network or service provider.

If you are not the bill payer for the device you use to access the Services, you are responsible for obtaining permission from the bill payer before using services that may result in charges.

Information and Service Accuracy

We work to make the Services useful, current, and accurate. However, information made available through the Services may come from third parties, public sources, users, automated processes, or other sources outside our direct control.

We do not guarantee that information available through the Services will always be complete, accurate, current, or available.

You are responsible for evaluating information provided through the Services before relying on it.

App Updates and Compatibility

We may update the My Rig Parking app from time to time. Operating system, device, platform, or technical requirements may also change.

You may need to download and install updates to continue using some or all features of the app.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be compatible with every device, operating system, or operating system version.

Termination and Availability

We may suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

We may also terminate or restrict your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or where necessary to protect the Services, Trucking Lab, our users, or others.

If the My Rig Parking app is discontinued, rights granted to you under these Terms in connection with the app will end, and you must stop using the app and delete it from your device if necessary.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trucking Lab, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation of the Services.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from lack of internet access, device failure, battery depletion, third-party services, inaccurate or unavailable third-party information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trucking Lab, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Services.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Services is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, legal requirements, technology, or our business practices.

When we update these Terms, we will post the revised version on this page and update the Effective Date above.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
